1) Helping others is important because it makes our world kinder and strengthens the bonds between people. When someone receives support in a difficult situation, they feel less alone and are more likely to help somebody else in return.

2) Yes, it is quite easy for me to ask my family and close friends for help, because I know they will always support me. However, I sometimes feel shy about asking strangers or people I hardly know.

3) Yes, I really enjoy helping others, because it gives me a feeling of satisfaction and usefulness. I try to do it quite often, for example by explaining homework to my classmates or helping my grandparents around the house.

4) Teenagers can help elderly people in many simple ways, such as carrying heavy bags, going to the shop for them or teaching them how to use a smartphone. They can also just spend time talking to them, which is often the most valuable kind of help.

5) Students can help one another by sharing notes and explaining difficult topics after lessons. They can also support each other emotionally, for example by cheering up a friend before an important exam.
