1) My family is not very big: it's just my parents, my younger sister and me. We live together in a flat in a small town, and although we sometimes argue, we get on well and always support each other.

2) I think a typical Russian family usually consists of parents and one or two children. Relatives often live far apart, but they try to meet on holidays and help each other whenever it is needed.

3) Understanding parents are important because teenagers often face problems they cannot solve alone. If parents listen without judging, children feel safe and are more likely to ask for advice instead of hiding things.

4) Yes, my family has a few traditions, and the most important one is celebrating New Year together at home. We also cook a special dinner every Sunday, which gives us a chance to talk and stay close.

5) I believe the notion of family will change, but not disappear. People will probably have smaller families and more distant relatives, yet the need for love and support will keep the idea of family alive.
