1) In Russia, teenagers usually help their parents with everyday tasks like washing the dishes, taking out the rubbish and tidying up their rooms. Some of them also go shopping for food or walk the family dog in the evening.

2) I don't think girls and boys have exactly the same chores, because families often divide them in a traditional way. For example, girls are usually asked to cook or do the washing up, while boys are more often told to carry heavy bags or repair something.

3) Yes, I have one younger sister, and both of us have household chores. I usually take out the rubbish and vacuum the floors, and she helps our mum with the washing up and watering the flowers.

4) I really dislike ironing clothes, because it takes a lot of time and I find it extremely boring. I also don't like cleaning the bathroom, as it is quite unpleasant and tiring work.

5) In general, I have a positive attitude to household chores, because they teach you to be responsible and independent. Of course, they can be boring, but I understand that everyone in the family should do their part.
