A: 'extends for ... across the nations of Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan' fits the distance phrase. B: 'Best known for having some of the world’s highest peaks' describes the Eastern Himalayas. C: 'means that there is a great variety of wildlife' follows 'weather conditions' and introduces wildlife. D: 'one of the few places on Earth where one finds all three living together' refers to tigers, elephants, and rhinos. E: 'third pole because they contain more frozen water than anywhere outside of the poles' explains the nickname. F: 'And if people do not do anything to prevent it, 90% could be gone' fits the conditional warning. The unused option is 2.
