Dear Alice,
Thanks for your email! It was great to hear from you. I'm glad to help with your project on Russian cuisine.
In Russia, traditional dishes like borscht, pelmeni and blini are very popular. In my opinion, the easiest national dish to cook is blini. You only need flour, milk, eggs, a little sugar and salt, plus some oil for frying. You mix everything into a thin batter, fry small pancakes and serve them with sour cream, jam or honey. It's simple and delicious!
By the way, I'm happy you want to start singing lessons. What kind of songs would you like to sing? How often will your lessons be? Will you perform on stage one day?
Write back soon,
Alex
