I’ve chosen photo number one. I took this photo last winter in a fitness club not far from my house. It was a weekday evening, and the gym was quite busy at that time. In the photo you can see several adults exercising on stationary bikes. They are sitting in a row and pedalling, so it looks like a group cycling class. All of them are wearing sportswear and seem focused on their workout. The lighting in the room is bright, which makes the scene look energetic. I keep this photo in my album because it reminds me of the period when I decided to take my health more seriously. I used to go to that gym twice a week with my colleague, and we always started with a short warm-up on those bikes. Looking at this picture, I remember how tired but satisfied we felt after the training. It also reminds me that regular exercise really helps me deal with stress. I decided to show this picture to you because we recently talked about starting a sport together. I hope it will motivate you to join a gym, and maybe we could even sign up for a cycling class. Besides, I wanted to share a small part of my daily routine with you.
