I’ve chosen photo number one. I took this photo last summer in the centre of a busy city, on a wide street lined with shops and cafes. It was a warm Saturday afternoon, and the light was soft and pleasant. In the photo you can see four young adults, my close friends and me, walking along the pavement together. We are all carrying colourful shopping bags from different stores. My friends are smiling and chatting, and one of them is pointing at something in a shop window. We had just finished a long shopping trip and were heading to a cafe for a break. The street behind us is full of other pedestrians, which gives the picture a lively, cheerful mood. I keep this photo in my album because it reminds me of a wonderful day with the people I care about most. It also captures the excitement of a carefree summer afternoon that we still talk about. I decided to show this picture to you because you once asked me about my friends and how we spend our weekends. I think it shows our friendship and our shared love of shopping and city walks.
