I’ve chosen photo number one. I took this picture last summer, during a short evening walk in the countryside near my grandparents’ house. The sun was already setting, so the whole field was filled with warm golden light. In the photo you can see a little girl wearing a hat, and she is holding a camera. She is standing in a grassy field, and the tall grass reaches almost to her waist. The girl is looking through the camera, trying to take a picture of something in the distance. She seems very focused and serious, like a real photographer. I remember that she had been asking me all day to let her use my camera. I finally agreed, and she was absolutely delighted. I keep this photo in my album because it reminds me of a peaceful summer evening with my family. It also captures a funny and touching moment when she felt like a grown-up.
