I’ve chosen photo number one. I took this photo last summer at a small lakeside beach near our countryside house. It was a hot July afternoon, and the whole family had gone there to cool off. In the photo you can see two children playing in the shallow water. The child on the left is wearing bright orange inflatable armbands, which makes them easy to spot. The other child is splashing around right next to them. They are both laughing and clearly enjoying themselves in the cool water. The sun is shining, and the water looks calm and inviting. I keep this photo in my album because it captures a really happy, carefree moment from our holiday. It reminds me of how much fun the kids had that day. I also like it because it shows a simple summer pleasure that we don’t get to enjoy very often. I decided to show this picture to you because I know you love spending time by the water. I thought it might bring back some nice memories of our own trips to the lake. Maybe it will even inspire us to plan a day out together soon.
