Dear Sandra,
Thanks for your email! It was great to hear from you.
As for your questions, Russian people most often eat soups, porridge, potatoes and bread, though fast food is popular too. My own preferences have changed a lot since childhood: I used to hate vegetables, but now I enjoy salads and fish. I think they will keep changing because I learn more about healthy eating and my lifestyle changes.
By the way, your letters to Santa sound fascinating! How long have you been writing them? What do you usually ask Santa for? Do you write them together with your parents or on your own?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Best wishes,
Alex
