Dear Oscar,
Thanks for your email! It's great that you support your mom's idea about healthy eating.
As for me, I usually have porridge with fruit or an omelette for breakfast, and sometimes a sandwich with tea. My favourite food is definitely pasta with vegetables and cheese — simple but delicious. As for fast food, I think it's okay once in a while, but eating it every day is really bad for your health.
By the way, your book about happiness sounds interesting. Who is the author of this book? What is the main idea of it? How long have you been reading it?
Write back soon.
Best wishes,
Alex
