In the first photo I can see a little girl dressed in warm winter clothes standing next to a snowman. She is outdoors, and everything around her is covered with snow, so the picture was clearly taken in winter. In the second photo another little girl is wearing a light summer dress and holding colourful balloons in a sunny field. This picture shows a warm summer day in the countryside. Both photographs have a lot in common: they show children spending time outdoors and enjoying themselves. Besides, in both pictures the girls look happy and cheerful, and the photos are taken in natural surroundings. However, there are some important differences. The main difference is the season: the first photo shows winter, while the second one shows summer. The weather is also completely different, because in the first picture it is cold and snowy, whereas in the second one it is warm and sunny. What is more, the girls are dressed differently: the girl in the first photo is wearing warm winter clothes, while the girl in the second photo is wearing a light summer dress. As for me, I would prefer the season presented in the second picture, that is summer. First of all, I really enjoy warm sunny weather, and I like spending a lot of time outside without heavy clothes. Moreover, in summer there are many more opportunities for interesting activities, such as walking in the fields, having picnics and playing outdoor games. That is why summer is my favourite season, and I would definitely choose it.
