Задание 42 ЕГЭ по английскому языку

Hi, I wanted to tell you about the two photos I've picked for our school project "Doing homework". The first picture shows a girl sitting at a desk all alone, writing something carefully in her exercise book. In the second picture, a mother is helping a girl with her schoolwork at a table, and there's a laptop next to them. So the main difference is that in the first photo the girl works completely on her own, while in the second one she does her homework together with an adult. Both ways have their good points, I think. When you do your homework by yourself, you learn to be independent and you can work at your own speed without waiting for anyone. On the other hand, doing homework with a parent means you can ask for help the moment something is unclear, and you usually finish faster and with fewer mistakes. However, there are some downsides too. Working alone can be really hard when you get stuck, and it's easy to give up or start daydreaming. As for doing homework with a parent, the adult sometimes just gives you the answers instead of letting you think, and it can turn into an argument, which makes everyone stressed. As for me, in primary school I preferred doing my homework together with my mum, because I often didn't understand the tasks and she explained everything calmly.
