1) I usually celebrate my birthday at home with my close family, and then on the weekend I meet my best friends in a café. We order pizza, play board games and take lots of funny photos together.
2) In my family we always bake a big cake together and put candles on it, and my mum makes my favourite dish for dinner. We also look at old photos from my previous birthdays, which is a really warm tradition.
3) The best present I have ever received was a new smartphone from my parents when I turned fifteen. I had wanted it for a long time, so I was absolutely delighted.
4) I prefer my presents to be a surprise, because opening a gift you did not expect is the most exciting moment of the day. However, I usually give my parents a small hint about one or two things I would really like to get.
5) My best birthday memory is my fourteenth birthday, when my friends and I went to a trampoline park and then had a picnic in the park. It was so much fun that we still laugh about it whenever we meet.
