1) My favourite food is my mum's homemade pelmeni, especially when she serves them with sour cream and fresh dill. I like them because they taste really comforting and remind me of family dinners on cold winter evenings.

2) Yes, I'm not a big fan of boiled liver, and I also dislike mushrooms because of their strange texture. I always try to avoid them, even though my grandmother says they are very healthy.

3) I usually shop for food at a local supermarket near my house, and sometimes I go to a small market for fresh vegetables and fruit. My mum does most of the shopping, but I often help her choose what we need for the week.

4) I prefer to eat in because home-cooked meals are cheaper and usually healthier than restaurant food. However, I also enjoy eating out with my friends on special occasions, like birthdays or the end of the school term.

5) I would definitely recommend borscht, which is a traditional beetroot soup served with sour cream and rye bread. I would also suggest trying blini with different fillings, as they are a real symbol of Russian cuisine and very tasty.
