Hi, I've just found two great photos for our project "Preparing for exams", so let me tell you about them. The first picture shows a girl studying alone at a desk with a laptop and an exercise book in front of her. The second picture shows four students studying together at a table in a library, with open books all around them. I chose these two photos because they perfectly illustrate the two main ways of getting ready for exams: on your own and in a group. They also contrast nicely, which makes the project more interesting. The main difference is the number of people: in the first photo the girl works by herself, while in the second photo the students revise together. Besides, the first scene looks quiet and private, whereas the second one feels lively and interactive. As for the advantages of studying alone, you can plan your own schedule and concentrate without any distractions. However, its disadvantage is that there is nobody to explain a difficult topic or support you when you feel stressed. Studying in a group, on the other hand, is useful because you can share ideas and test each other, and it also keeps you motivated. Still, it has a downside: group sessions can be noisy and less productive, and it is not always easy to agree on a time that suits everyone. Personally, I prefer preparing for exams alone, because I can focus better and work at my own pace. That's all I wanted to say about these photos, so let me know what you think.
