Hi, I've found two great pictures for our school project on sports activities. The first one shows a boy playing football on an outdoor sports field. The second picture shows a girl wearing a swimming cap at the edge of a swimming pool. So the main difference is that one sport is a team game played outside, while the other is an individual activity done in water. Another difference is that football needs a field and a ball, while swimming needs a pool and special equipment like a cap. Football is great because it keeps you fit and teaches you to work in a team. Swimming is also very useful, as it trains almost every muscle and is easy on your joints. On the other hand, football can be quite dangerous because you may get injured during a match. Swimming has its drawbacks too, since you need a pool or a safe open-water place, and not everyone has one nearby. As for me, I'd prefer swimming, because it is a calm and relaxing activity that suits me better than a noisy team game. I also enjoy spending time in the water. Anyway, both pictures fit our project perfectly, and I'd love to hear what you think.
