Hi! I've just found two great photos for our project "Tastes differ", and I want to tell you about them. The first picture shows a group of young people at the cinema wearing 3D glasses and watching a film on a big screen. The second picture shows a couple sitting comfortably on a sofa at home and watching television together. I chose these two photos because they perfectly illustrate how differently people can enjoy the same activity, which is exactly the idea of our project. The main difference is that in the first photo the film is watched in a public place, while in the second one it happens in a private home setting. Besides, the cinema viewers are part of a big audience, whereas the couple at home are completely alone. As for the advantages of going to the cinema, you get a huge screen, impressive sound and a special atmosphere. However, it has its disadvantages: tickets are quite expensive, and you have to travel to the cinema and follow its schedule. Watching films at home, on the other hand, is cheap and convenient, because you can pause the film or choose any time you like. Still, the downside is that a home screen and sound system are usually much smaller and weaker than in a cinema. Personally, I prefer watching films at the cinema, because nothing can beat the feeling of a real big-screen experience. That's all for now, and I hope you like these photos for our project!
