Hi, I've just found two photos for our project "The best family time" and I'd like to share them with you. In the first picture, a family of four is sitting around a campfire in a forest, so they are enjoying an outdoor trip together. In the second picture, two parents with a baby are standing by an animal enclosure at a zoo, watching the animals. I chose these two photos because they show two completely different ways of spending leisure time as a family, which is exactly what our project is about. The main difference is that in the first photo the family is active and close to nature, while in the second one they are just walking and observing animals in a city setting. Another difference is the age of the children: in the first picture the kids are old enough to take part in the trip, whereas in the second one the child is still a baby. As for the advantages of outdoor activities like camping, they bring the family together and teach children to appreciate nature. However, the disadvantage is that such trips take a lot of time and effort to organise, and the weather can easily ruin them. When it comes to visiting a zoo, its advantage is that it is easy, safe and educational for small children. On the other hand, it can be quite expensive and crowded, and the animals are kept in cages, which some people find sad. As a child, I preferred outdoor family time, because my parents and I used to go hiking and have picnics, and those moments felt really special.
