According to the table, the most popular method is taking part in local clean-up events, chosen by 37% of respondents. In contrast, only 14% of participants educate their friends and family, while sharing information online is the least common option, selected by just 13%.

A notable comparison can be drawn between participating in clean-up events and reducing personal waste. The former is almost twice as popular as the latter (37% versus 20%), which suggests that Zetlanders prefer visible, collective actions over changing their daily habits. Similarly, supporting environmental organisations (16%) is slightly more common than educating close ones (14%), indicating that people may trust formal groups more than informal conversations.

One serious problem is that many individuals neglect environmental issues because they believe their personal efforts make little difference. To address this, schools and local authorities could launch awareness campaigns that demonstrate how small, everyday actions, such as reducing waste or sharing online posts, collectively produce significant results.

In my opinion, protecting our planet's ecology is absolutely vital. Without clean air, water and soil, human health and future generations are at risk. Therefore, every effort, no matter how modest, should be encouraged and supported.
